But only sounding sucked expelled without voice, caught in the passive shift of binary breathing. Awash with water-blood, the one-become-zero makes a sidelong exit towards the gutter bed. Shoes click past, harsh switching on, off; on, off; don't stop; don't look; walk by; shielding the conscience. Each heartbeat, each life, all lost in the code. This one will retain in stained memory one that could have been....

Here's my favourite Larkin poem, a lot of you will probably like this: They fuck you up, your mum and dad. They may not mean to, but they do. They fill you with the faults they had And add some extra, just for you. But they were fucked up in their turn By fools in old-style hats and coats, Who half the time were soppy-stern And half at one another's throats. Man hands on misery to man. It deepens like a coastal shelf. Get out as early as you can, And don't have any kids yourself.

Wolf-Paw Rank : 104	Posted : 5 months, 3 weeks ago at Apr 17 18:38 - Poetry is an expression of the soul, not a Rhyming is only needed in songs, Poetry however does not require rhyming.(Songs are a branch of Poetry) In answer to that last post, again, poetry is an expression of the soul, you aren;t always going to understand it, for those who do, it is a work of art in it's own unique way
